If you would like to be tested for Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea we can send you a free test for this. However, if you have any symptoms for example Discharge, pain when Urinating, bleeding between periods you would be best to attend one of our sexual health clinics for assessment.

If you have been notified that you have been in contact with someone who has chlamydia and/or gonorrhoea please do not request a postal testing kit, instead call 0845 618 7191 to arrange an appointment with us.

If you live in Lanarkshire you can order your free Postal Testing Kit for chlamydia and gonorrhoea here. Just fill in the form below. It is a simple test that you can do at home. We will contact you with the result within 2 weeks of you posting your sample.

Please note, that it is your responsibility to make sure you supply complete and correct contact details when you return your testing kit so that we can let you know your test results. Whilst we will do all we can to contact you in these circumstances NHS Lanarkshire cannot be held responsible for notification of test results, or treatment of infection if incomplete or incorrect information is supplied.
