Once registered, they receive regular supplies of Condoms.  The condoms are then distributed to clients and/or staff.  It has been accessed by over 50 organisations, such as drug and alcohol services, area social work teams and mental health services some of which work with vulnerable or at risk groups .  It has also been accessed by some mainstream services and organisations such as colleges and workplaces.

The scheme is for people who are:

• on a low income
• vulnerable and at risk of social exclusion
• have difficulty accessing mainstream health services
• engage in high risk behaviour.
