Age & Sexual Health
In order to be sexually healthy we must take responsibility to ensure that we protect ourselves and our partners both emotionally and physically no matter what age category we fall into.  If you choose to be sexually active make sure you are safe and your relationship is based on mutual respect and agreement.
  • Parents
Many parents and carers feel uncomfortable or unsure about talking with their children about sex. But there is support available for discussing sex and relationships with your family.
  • Young Person
Sex can feel really great, especially with someone that you really like, but when you start to have sex you have to be able to take responsibility for your actions and for your feelings.  By practising safer sex (using condoms) you are protecting yourself and your partner against sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
